    'Unravelling' is Villareal's fourth studio album and was originally released in 2013. The band decided to follow their heart and delve into a truly late night experience. Citing Talk Talk, David Sylvian and Wilco as inspirations the songs were pieced toggether in various late night recording sessions with contributors asked to add parts with only the most basic of musical information!

The 'lyrics' to this track are actually cut-ups from my 'Road To Nowhere' biography, still unpublished as I write this! My good friend James Harvey (from WHITE STAR LINERS) chose passages and we fworked them into this moody instrumental piece. Incidentally, Jim Duncan (the other half of (WSL) made up some of the frankly scary guitar sounds present on 'Summer is Dreaming'. We set up a whole room full of guitars and amps and then walked around fiddling with the knobs! After a short time the guitars started talking to each other and it felt as if there was a dark presence in the room. It was quite a session...
